Solved: HP Scanner Software Suddenly Stopped Working on Windows 10.

Many users of HP Scanners using HP Solution Center to scan document on Windows platforms noticed that they no longer are able to scan with the HP Solution Center. The image below is shown while trying to scan.

The most likely reason is that Flash is no longer supported.

The good news is that there is a fix:

Download a software called IrfanView

  1. Install the software with Admin rights
  2. Launch the software after installation
  3. Select File > Acquire/Batch Scanning…
  4. On the dialog box that opens, under Acquire method, Choose Single image
  5. Click select TWAIN source, choose your scanner type
  6. Click Ok
  7. Your HP Solution center will load now, and you can scan your files.
